If you were staying in a top hotel you would not be doing the cooking clearing or shopping and you would expect to be able to have massage and beauty treatments, so why should it be any different if you are staying in a luxury romantic dog friendly self-catering cottage - at the Quantock Cottages it isn't, the choice is entirely yours. You may wish to potter around the lovely farm shops. You might want to enjoy cooking together, or you can enjoy the benefits of a luxury hotel but with the privacy and flexibility of boutique self-catering by availing yourself of our "treats." Please explore the treats using the drop down boxes below.
If you don't fancy cooking or just want a spoiling treat, a lovely lady who lives in the next door village does the most delicious home cooked food which she will deliver to your door (or even into your oven or fridge if it is for your arrival day.) Kate's food is London restaurant quality and is simply divine. We highly recommend her duck in filo pastry, her venison stew and her to die for puddings.
Diane lives in Kilve, she is a registered and fully qualified professional holistic and beauty therapist who offers ‘at home’ treatments. No need to even get in that hotel lift and go to the spa, the spa comes to you in your luxury self-catering cottage, how indulgent is that!
Choose from an extensive range of aromatherapy and reflexology treatments together with a all other aspects of beauty treatments.
When traveling with dogs, it is often the case that they have more luggage than their human parents, so to save valuable car space, take advantage of the local pet shop's in-cottage delivery service. Simply let Williton Petcare know your woofies brand of food, and Wendy will deliver it to your cottage on the morning of your holiday. Williton Petcare also offer a doggie daycare service and pet grooming.
Please note when you book your holiday you will be sent a link to your luxury cottage's electronic house-book which has all of the menus and contact numbers for you to pre-book your "treats" direct with the providers. We also recommend that you book your "treats" well in advance, this is Somerset and things happen at a slightly slower pace than the rest of the world.
